When ordering, the manufacturer must have an original signed customer order form, therefore whether you order in person at the garden centre, or by email, phone, fax or letter we must obtain an original signed order - this is because the turf is specially prepared to your specifications and size, and formal confirmation is required before the job of cutting/shaping is done.
