We are currently
expanding the range of items available via the shopping trolley and this process
will continue over some months. IMPORTANT - ESSENTIAL
READING (Section 2.) Plants - puchasing on-line 1. General Goods. From 21st March 2006. Some goods are now available by mail order directly from the site. Minimum order total is £30.00 via the shopping trolley - however, for smaller orders please read the following notes. Many other items to be integrated into "shopping trolley" soon; for the moment these are available by email or 'phone as usual. 0161 790 8792. Just let us know what you are considering and we'll confirm costs and delivery. You can order directly from the website where an button appears next to an item. The "shopping trolley" facility is currently being integrated into the site and the items available for purchase by this method will be gradually expanded, in time. The minimum delivery charge via the 'shopping trolley' is only £6.00 (except for Garden Gift Tokens) and this reduces once your "spend" exceeds £30.00. (We have a minimum delivery level as even some lower-priced items are heavy, and delivery-cost often depends on weight. We are fully informative and open about delivery costs, we know that is best for our customers. Here is the usual scale of charges:
Many items are discounted, to offset partially or wholly the delivery charge, especially on the Internet Specials page.
The

To repeat, for small purchases please telephone or email - we are always pleased to talk with customers and are happy to weigh individual items and calculate a true postage cost. In such cases we will telephone for credit card details, or if you prefer, send you a button in your email, when the order is ready; and deliver by the most economical method - post or courier. Please include your telephone number in any email. We'll usually get your goods on the way in 24-48 hours. For clarity: if goods are out of stock or if we are awaiting delivery, we will telephone or email you to let you know. We will not accept payments unless we can confirm delivery or availability. Prices for items purchased via the website facility will usually be the same as for customers who call in person at the Garden Centre, with postage and packing charges, or courier costs, added. There are some exceptions to this on our INTERNET SPECIALS page and occasionally on other pages.
2. PLANTS - PURCHASING ON-LINE - IMPORTANT NOTES Courier delivery cost is £9.00 - we can usually deliver any number of plants between 1 and 5 (depending on size of plants) for the same cost. TO BUY PLANTS please use the buttons as follows: 1. Select your plants by clicking the MAIL-ORDER ADD TO BASKET button alongside the plant/s, as normal. 2. then, after selecting your plants, add the courier cost onto your order by clicking the 'ADD COURIER COST' button ONCE ONLY. We cannot deliver unless the courier costs are added! You can also contact us via MSN Messenger - see base of page. Terms and conditions of business applicable to ALL orders from the site. All customers who place orders fully accept in every instance our terms and conditions of trading. 1. Our minimum order for delivery is £30.00 plus delivery charges. Please telephone as we can often cater for exceptions to the above. When you order from the Worsley Hall Garden Centre website, the Paypal company request a valid email address in order that any queries which may arise can be promptly addressed. You can also leave a telephone number for the same purpose. 3. We will always do our utmost to send your order quickly and efficiently. If you haven't received your order within 7 days you MUST let us know, otherwise you will lose your right to claim. 4. The postage rates are dependent on the weight of the packed item/s - cost of "packing" is usually relatively small, sometimes dependent on degree of "fragility" - we use the normal Post Office parcel fees scale for with no extra charges for the website service. Postage for applicable items will therefore usually be in the range of £1.30 to £8.99. The charges for items delivered via courier can also vary, again depending on the weight of the items ordered, however in general we anticipate that most applicable items should fall within the region of £9.00 with the occasional bulkier item/s naturally being slightly more.
5. Your full order will usually be despatched as one parcel,
unless we notify you that we are awaiting new stock. We will
always require a daytime contact telephone number and full postcode to
help prevent delivery delays. 9.
